The package includes:

• 3 overnight stays with breakfast (21-24 September 2023)
• Participation in a light lunch on 22 and 23 September 2023.
• Participation in the cocktail party that will take place after the Opening Ceremony

 

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• For the confirmation of the services, payment of the total cost is required within 7 days of sending the pre-booking
• For every written cancellation received until July 31st, 2023, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
